                                                   Terms

• Deposits: Non-refundable. Your deposit goes towards preparation for your makeover and securing your time slot.  Verbal or written appointment requests are not secured unless a deposit is submitted.

• Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy: Once your appointment is booked, any rescheduling or cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling is subject to the artist's schedule and there is no guarantee that the service can be rescheduled.

• Artist Cancellation Due to Delay: We understand that most clients are booking an appointment for a special occasion. However, due to our artists' schedules excessive delays due to the client leaving the service area, using their phone, etc. will result in cancellation of service if it infringes on our ability to service our other client's within a timely manner.  

• Photos: By booking services with Crown Makeovers, clients understand that any photos taken by or provided to the artist is now ours for general use. 

• Safe Environment: In the event that the work environment is not safe due to illegal activities, poor cleanliness, or hostility, our artists reserve the right to cancel the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable.

• Lateness: Late arrivals will incur an additional $20 late fee 15 minutes after your appointment time, and appointments may be cancelled as a no-show 20 minutes after your appointment time. Deposits are non-refundable for lateness.

• Allergies/Reactions:  All allergies should be listed on the booking questionnaire and/or health waiver. In the event a client feel any irritation during service, please advise your artist immediately. Reactions may delay service time but do not incur any additional charges.

• Indemnity Clause: By booking with Crown Makeovers, clients understand and agree that Crown Makeovers and any of our subcontractors are indemnified from any litigation, arbitration, or damages in all cases.

•  Balance Payment: Any balance for a personal appointment must be paid to the artist prior to their departure unless an alternative agreement has been established. Refusal to submit timely payment may result in litigation and/or being banned from booking services with us in the future.
