How to "try" to Save Wack Foundation

I love trying new products...I am a card carrying makeup junkie and I've accepted that about myself. As a result of my constant experimenting, I've gathered some duds. One in particular is my Maybelline Matte and Poreless Foundation in Porcelain. Oddly enough, all of my foundations from the line are absolutely beautiful, but Por...ce...lain....:sigh:....that poor thing will flake and patch on me. I don't know what I did to her, but from day one that foundation and I have been beefing.

I gave up and switched to the porcelain in the Superstay and it was amazing!!! But this experience got me thinking. I know that lips can be layered up for longevity using translucent power, but what about foundation?

I busted out my handy dandy RCMA setting powder and conducted a little experiment. I did a regular swatch of the foundation and another with a little RCMA mixed in. I immediately noticed an improvement!!! It didn't patch up on me as much and had a nicer finish.

If you have foundation that patches on you, try this trick! Check out the RCMA Powder here.

Makeup is fun...so play!
